1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-demand periods, sales, or festive seasons, processing time may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier 2 / Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier partner operations, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be offered on selected orders, products, or promotional campaigns.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

5. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable contact details, the order may be returned to us.

Additional reshipping charges may apply in such cases.

6. Incorrect Address / Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

FLOQ shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address, incomplete address, or wrong phone number provided at checkout.

7. Damaged Package at Delivery

If the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Please do not accept the package if visibly damaged.

  • Contact us immediately with photos/videos.

  • We will assist you promptly.

8. Delayed Shipments

While we strive for timely delivery, FLOQ is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather disruptions, natural events, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Service Coverage

Currently, we ship across most serviceable pin codes in India.

If your area is non-serviceable, we will inform you and issue a refund if payment has already been made.
