Return & Refund Policy – FLOQ
At FLOQ, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please read our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Product size received is different from the size ordered.

Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All original tags must be intact and attached to the product.

Product is returned with original packaging and invoice.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

Products that have been used, worn, damaged after delivery, or altered.

Products with missing or removed original tags.
-
Items returned without original packaging.
-
Products purchased during special sale/clearance offers (unless damaged or defective).

Minor color variations due to screen/display differences.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Reason for return

Clear photos/videos of the product (if damaged/incorrect)

4. Return Pickup

If eligible, we will arrange reverse pickup where service is available.

In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product. Reasonable courier charges may be reimbursed upon approval.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size/product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.
